It’s not about Left or Right

Out of curiosity I ordered the book authored by Manning Johnson, his book is: Color, Communism and Common Sense.
His book was published around the late 1950s and how I see it… is that his book is still very relevant to this day in 2021. Manning Johnson, similar to Thomas Sowell, have lived through various decades of Marxist theories, Communistic propaganda, wars and certain revolutions.
From their backgrounds Manning Johnson and Thomas Sowell were at one point in their lives both Communist and Marxist (respectively). However, they both realized it was not ideal and IT IS NOT the solution.
I mean what country that has been a Socialist or is a Communist country where everyone is thriving? I feel as if they are trying to “survive” literally in those countries who are still under the socialist or communist rule. In a Communist country the rich are RICH and the poor are very poor. That’s it… there is no middle.
I’ve taken multiple images of the very relevant pages of the book that I believe are still being done to this day and age. Communists are very methodical individuals and I cannot believe that it is becoming very apparent here in the United States.
I left a Communist country to be able to enjoy freedom and opportunities in the United States of America… However, I’m seeing that the United States of America is going down this horrible rabbit hole because of its current “leaders”. I do not even know if I want to call them leaders because it is very corrupt.
The following images of the pages of this book: Color, Communism and Common Sense actually speaks for itself… And I believe I do not need to add anything further about such pages.
I do have to add that when Manning Johnson states “red conspiracy”, “reds”, he’s directly referring to Communists.
I shall end my blog with a couple of videos I stumbled upon via Twitter. The hilarity of it all just makes me shake my head.
Let’s relate this twitter video of Colin Kaepernick… From what Manning Johnson stated in his book, “…Obviously, this line deliberately spread by the Communists, leads to the worst kind of mischief. It strengthens and creates racial prejudices and lays the basis for sharp racial conflicts. Shirking social responsibility and blaming others may be the easy way, but it is only a short cut to Communist slavery…”
Furthermore, other excerpts from his book that closely relates to the above twitter video, “…Labeling opponents is a specialty of the reds. ‘Smear’ is a cardinal technique. Any label found in the red stockpile, you may be sure, is carefully made and selected to draw the maximum hate to the person or persons, the group or the organization to which it is attached…”
“…The use of such labels has a tendency to divide America…”
By the way, I am a Buddhist.
Okay… So things have been blowing up on a certain performing artist, key phrase here – “PERFORMING ARTIST”. One of the members of BLACKPINK, Lalisa, is being blasted over a particular hairstyle she has in her ad promoting her new single – “MONEY”.
BLACKPINK’s Lisa under fire for alleged cultural appropriation in ‘Money’
What’s my overall take on it? It is JUST F*CKING HAIR! Get over yourselves everybody. It’s HAIR! Who gives a shit? Don’t pull the “cultural appropriation” bullsh!t. How is it affecting you, overall? It is not. It’s just because it may hurt someone’s feelings? Get off your high horses “Karen’s” out there.
As he said towards the end, “…Ya’ll finding shit to complain about because every body else is complaining.”
Also, she’s a performing artist. She performs and is an artist. Get it through your thick skulls everyone. They’re going to be dressing and styling however they like because that is what they do as an performer and as an artist! Oh my gosh, “How You Like That?” With the pun intended.
Let’s see what others are saying about this in the Twitterverse…
What a sad world we are living in this day and age. Seriously, though why ya’ll bitchin’ and complainin’? Just because she’s becoming more popular around the world along with the rest of the members of BLACKPINK, people gotta complain about something that’s not even remotely offensive?
How about this… quite a bit of times people go into a Vietnamese restaurant or any Asian restaurant in general and ask for a fork as their utensil of choice to eat the food versus using chopsticks. Do you see the servers there or the owner be offended by that notion because the patrons choose to use a fork to eat their food rather than a chopstick? Uh… no. They give you the fork and let you eat. They’re literally happy to see customers enjoying their food, regardless of how it is eaten.
So then… braids are only for black people…? Is that your take on it (those “Karens” out there in this ridiculous world we live in now)? Why the fluff do you care how someone’s hair style is or is not? It’s not on your head. It’s their choice to have whatever the fluff hair they want to have. How does one’s style affect your own ability to live your life? It DOES NOT.
Man people got to freaking get a life and be more intelligent.
I love BLACKPINK and their music, it is really good and their rhythm is amazing. If they ever stumble upon this blog, I shall leave a message of encouragement for them as a whole… Please continue to make music because all of you are amazing and I hope you all get to perform, again, all over the world (in another world tour). I hope you come back to the USA and perform because it’d be great to see your concert.
I shall end this blog with a portion of wise lyrics from Weezer – “Pork and Beans”:
“…Everyone likes to dance to a happy song
With a catchy chorus and beat so they can sing along…
…I’ma do the things that I wanna do
I ain’t got a thing to prove to you
I’ll eat my candy with the pork and beans
Excuse my manners if I make a scene
I ain’t gonna wear the clothes that you like
I’m fine and dandy with the me inside
One look in the mirror and I’m tickled pink
I don’t give a hoot about what you think…”
